Jim is originally from Lexington, Kentucky and has worked in the fitness industry for the past 15 years. Exercise and athletics have always been a huge part of his life. As a former college basketball player and coach he realized the importance of training for performance and injury prevention. Jim has worked as a Division 1 strength and conditioning coach and a strength and conditioning coach for the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Titleist (Certified Golf Instructor), and a Division One Strength and Conditioning Coach. His many specialties include athletic conditioning and performance, golf specific training, and functional mobility training.
