Meet the Doctors

Dr. Michael Troknya is an alumni of Fairifeld University and Cleveland Chiropractic College-Kansas City Campus. After working at several locations in Fairfield County, he opened Physical Synergy in 2003 in order to deliver to his patients a "fresh approach" to chiropractic. Dr. Mike abandoned the stereotypical chiropractic treatment plans of heat, electric stimulation, and adjustments. In its place he instituted personalized nutritional guidance, specific range of motion exercises, chiropractic bio-physics, and combined neuromuscular re-education and functional exercise in order to enable patients to reach their full potential. This unique approach has resulted in a referral business of individuals aspiring to attain maximal health while minimizing "dis-ease" potential. He has surrounded himself with equally attentive staff members whose primary concern is patient health.

Dr. Mike uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, we at Physical Synergy are able to help you accelerate and/or stay on your journey to good health. 

We are very happy to announce that Dr. Stephanie Warren has joined our practice. 

As a competitive runner and recent Ironman triathlete, Dr. Stephanie understands aches and pains. She is better able to identify injuries due to her wide array of sport interaction. She utilizes Graston Technique, Active Release Technique, and Kinesio Taping in addition to chiropractic and stabilization exercises to help speed recovery for all athletes – acute and chronic.

Dr. Stephanie’s extensive medical background stems from her four years of study in a double major of Physical and Health Education and Life Sciences at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario; followed by four years at New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic.
