Small Group Sports Specific Training

 

Physical Synergy is excited to bring Small Group Sports Specific Training to athletes.  This Program is designed for athletes of all ages to work with a certified trainer/certified CIAC coach to help develop skills and conditioning for an upcoming season.  This is an opportunity for athletes to get one on one instruction while still in a competitive group atmosphere.  The athletes will work on progressive strength, speed, agility, and quickness routines that will be tailored to their sports needs. 

 

Program Details:

·         6 Weeks 2 Days a week

·         Fitness Assessment first and last sessions to monitor progression

·         Includes a chart showing progression

·         Each session will target the athlete’s ability to react to stimulus and change, the ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction quickly, while maintaining proper posture.

      

Typical Training Session:

·         10 minute warm-up/dynamic stretch

·         25 minutes of strength and or power

·         30 minutes of speed/agility/quickness/plyometrics

·         10 minute cool down with static stretching
