Before beginning any exercise program at Physical Synergy, our exercise physiologist, Sara, will take you through a comprehensive fitness assessment to determine your individual strengths and areas that need improvement. She will also get an idea for what your goals are for your time with us so that we can better tailor a protocol to your needs.
The assessment consists of a 30-45 minute full body fitness evaluation including: body fat % analysis (with ultrasound), BMI calculation, cardiovascular health evaluation, overall body functional strength, and balance.
Sara will explain all of the results to you and answer any questions that you might have before developing a personalized plan.
This very same assessment will be performed every 8 weeks so that we can show you your progress and re-evaluate goals for the future.
