Yoga Synergy offers private yoga sessions at either of our two locations where you will receive individualized instruction and modifications catered to your needs.  You will receive private one-on-one instruction to help you advance your practice, refine your alignment, or gain confidence and knowledge to be able to follow along in our faster-paced vinyasa classes.
