Our newest program at Physical Synergy is here to help all athletes gain speed through dynamic movements!

Mach 3 Speed Training, developed by Mike Romatowski, is a speed development program that helps athletes from varying sports strengthen and train key muscles to help their rotational speed. During their year-round golf training program, athletes have gained on average 11.5mph.

In the program, athletes will:

  • Learn and understand Mach 3’s key concept of “Speed Out in Front.”
  • Discover why using dynamic, oscillating, variable resistance is the best way to train for speed.
  • Find out why golfers of all ages can use the same workout protocol to gain clubhead speed.
  • Make the connection between fatigue management and optimal results.
  • Follow Mach 3 protocols throughout the year to enhance their golf (or other sport) performance.
