I have been a patient of Dr. Mike’s for well over 15 years. I started coming to Physical Synergy just after it opened in its original location in the Bobs shopping center in the heart of Fairfield. Over this time, I can say that Dr. Mike and his staff have been there for me time after time. They are all highly qualified and skilled in doing whatever it takes to get my injuries healed and strong again. I am a cameraman that works in film and TV production. It is an incredibly demanding job that pushes my body to the limits. Dr. Mike and his staff have always been there for me working around my very demanding schedule. They have always found a way to make the time to get me in and get me going again. The facility is a great place of positive energy…with incredibly talented massage therapists with years of knowledge that get right to the issue at hand (pun intended). They have a great physical therapy/weight training area led by Frank who is not only highly skilled in his knowledge and craft but he is also a great guy with tons of positive energy to keep you going and focused. Frank always takes the time to make sure you understand the right way to exercise and that you are doing the treatment properly. In my opinion, the hot yoga studio is one of the best in Fairfield County. The space itself is a beautiful room with great natural daylight. The yoga instructors are some of the best around with a great selection of different types of yoga. I can’t say enough good things about my many years of experience at Physical Synergy. It’s a great place to come for healing.
