I came into Physical Synergy with knee pain. I had injured my inner knee 5 years prior and was told that it was tissue damage and that nothing could be done. After a hiking trip this past summer I couldn’t take it anymore. My family had been coming to Physical Synergy so I decided to give it a try. Not only did Dr. Alex pin-point the pain; he told me that I had been living with a pulled adductor. More importantly, he could fix it! I have been working with Dr. Alex and Frank for a while now and feel great. They were so willing to help and listen when I needed to modify something or was hurting. They have become friends to me now and I love going to see them every week! I feel stronger than ever and cannot thank them enough for it!
